Amid the divorce rumours, Dhanashree Verma made her first public appearance, and even interacted with paparazzi.

Choreographer Dhanashree Verma has been making headlines for the divorce rumours with her cricketer-husband Yuzvendra Chahal. Amid the rumours, Dhanashree made her first public appearance and was spotted in Mumbai ever since the separation reports have surfaced on the internet.

The choreographer and social media sensation was papped by the photographer at the T-Series office. Verma was dressed in a chic black bodycon skirt paired with a white shirt and black sunglasses. Photographers spotted her while stepping out from her car near the production house. The paps greeted and interacted with her while clicking a few photos. A pap said that her recent post got many comments. “Aapke post pe bahut pyare comments aaye (Your post got some lovely comments),” the pap said. After a point, she requested the shutterbugs to stop filming her by saying, “Bas na (Stop).” The photographers promptly respected her request and stopped recording.

As soon as the video was uploaded, it got mixed reactions from netizens. An internet user wrote, “Bahut pyaare-pyaare comments aaye hai.” Another internet user asked, “What did she achieve by herself?” A netizen wrote, “Yeh sab Yuzi bhai ki vajah se tujhe miley.”

Dhanashree and Yuzvendra tied the knot in 2020, and they are considered as one of the power couples. However, in 2023, the rumours initially surfaced, when Dhanashree removed “Chahal” from her Instagram profile, coinciding with a mystery message from Chahal. At the time, he dismissed the rumours, advising followers not to spread unsubstantiated information. However, the present scenario appears to be more convoluted, with many sources indicating that a split is imminent.

Earlier, Dhanashree condemned anonymous trolls for spreading hatred. “The past few days have been incredibly tough for my family and me. What’s truly upsetting is the baseless writing, devoid of fact checking, and the character assassination of my reputation by faceless trolls spreading hate,” Dhanashree wrote in a long post on her Instagram story. “I’ve worked hard for years to build my name and integrity. My silence is not a sign of weakness; but of strength. While negativity spreads easily online, it takes courage and compassion to uplift others. “I choose to focus on my truth and move forward, holding onto my values. The truth stands tall without the need for justification.”
