French ex-surgeon Le Scouarnec on trial for sex abuse admits guilt for all 299 victims

A 74-year-old French former surgeon standing trial for sexually abusing 299 of his patients, most of them children, admitted in court on Thursday that he was guilty of all the criminal charges brought against him, his lawyers said, in what has become the largest child abuse trial in French history.
